I am Ramesh H1B Holder , Landed US on Dec 15th 2013 , and file tax as single for the year 2013 .

In 2014 My wife(H4) stayed with me for 4 months(match 21- July 28) and after that she moved to india . By End of this year to file a federal tax is it possible for me to file as family .

FYI.. By March 2014 once my wife joined with me , added her as my dependent in my Health Benefits.

Please let me know , whether am eligible to file federal tax as family.
