I was renting out a 3 bedroom home to 2 tenants and my son who in exchange for taking care of the home he did not pay rent, only 1/3 of the utilities. Well he sadly is a drug addict, he has the medical marijuana card and I found some baggie in his room and he told me it was pcp.

I texted him today saying I was going to the house after he told me both my paying tenants moved out due to every time his utilities were due he would fight with me and get them involved.

He of course has been harassing me all day via text mocking me for now having no income. He called the cops and told them I went into the house with him not there which I do all the time.

I need the 1075 income I am waiting for disability due to being very ill what can I do?? Please help me

Follow the law where you are located and start eviction process.

Since he has no written lease, he is a month to month tenant. In Florida you can give him 15 days notice to vacate. Put it in writing and hand him a copy. If he doesn't vacate within the deadline, then you have to go to court for an eviction order.

As far as your tenants moving out, were they under a lease? Did they give you legal notice they were vacating? If not you may have recourse to sue them.
