Is it a huge load of towels and jeans? Maybe there is too much in it?

If the washer is not level and sitting solid, the load is to large, or off balance, the machine will stop and not spin off all of the water.

If you have been using regular soap and the type designed for front loading machines, manufactures say that soap bubbles and scum build up from normal detergents will mess up you washer sensors. Not sure how common the problem but these are much different machines than top loaders.
