    Fall in love
Can someone fall in love with a person whom he/she have never seen or never met?

That's infatuation. Love is a very special concept reserved for feelings that develop over a great deal of time and after a great deal of interaction. Of course a parent feels love for a baby the minute it is born, but between two adults, it needs to be a product of time.
    First is attraction
    Then infatuation
    Then romance
Finally, if you are both very very fortunate, you can say you have real love between you.

Anyone can have intense feelings but it takes time to find out what those feelings really are. Often feelings are intense when we first have them, but fade or change greatly with time and situations.

One can not find actual love. You can find feelings, you can be attraction to an idea, an imagination. But real and true love grows over time.
