Your attorney can do that for you. What is your question?

And your question is? Do you really expect a good answer from such little info?

First, any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Second, is the separation amicable? Do you anticipate any issues with visitation? If so, the separation should be done in court with a visitation schedule agreed to by the parties and approved (or imposed) by the court.

When you or her, file for divorce, there will be papers filed asking for custody of the child, requests for child support and requests for visitation.

It is very hard without an attorney, do both parties agree to all the terms
