I had sex June 27-29 then had my period July 1-6 and had sex again July 25-27. I was supposed to get my period July 28, I am now 6 days late. Could I be pregnant? Should I take a test yet?

Sure you could and a test would be in order.

You had sex, so yes, you could be pregnant. Even if you use two or more forms of birth control, if you have sex, you could get pregnant. Any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible.

The only way to avoid pregnancy is not to have sex, or to have a complete hysterectomy.

Try a pregnancy test using first morning urine. If it's negative, wait for your next period, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test done at your doctors office.

A test at this point may or may not sure up correctly. But yes, you can test, using first urine of the morning.

If negative, then test once a week, till you have period or it shows.

If you miss the next period and still negative, see your doctor
