My Pony Lawn tractor not starting... won't even turn over?
My Troy Bilt Pony will not start... yesterday after charging the battery and having no luck, I moved gear shift from neutral to forward and it started.. today started fine, took a break and when I came back nothing... absolutely nothing. Won't turn over or even make a sound. Tried the same thing without any success. Found a wire wrapped with electrical tape near the front of left side not attached... It appeared to come from the main wiring harness? I know know nothing about mechanics so all help is appreciated!
