Hey I got a 91 Honda Accord that is acting like what I think is the pressure plate is messed up the clutch won't fully release not picking up speed and it feels like when u bearly let off the clutch like it wants to engage but only partly am I right or is it something else

Could be clutch disc or throwout bearing too. In any event you will need to pull transaxle and then just replace everything.

Drop the transmission and install a new Perfection Clutch Set ($68, Advance Auto Parts). If you have several days, it's a fun do-it-yourself job. Buy a container of Honda Super High Temp. Urea grease for lubricating the input shaft, annular groove on the throw-out bearing, and pivot points.
