    Do you think it is necessary to get both CMP and the Lipid Panel blood tests.
    Doesn't the CMP have cholesterol results too??

    I believe the metabolic test set might return a cholesterol values but it might not be as accurate as the Lipid Panel or have all the values that a LP test might have.

    I believe it is just another vial of blood. Is there an issue with that?

    Not a problem poor soul, has no insurance. CMP test is $23.00 Lipid Panel
    Is $56.00 but she gets a 25% discount. Thanks again
