I manage a service desk and am looking to write a Master's level Dissertation on my company and role, with a view of researching leadership and management topics
We know nothing about your company, your role, or you. I can't possibly figure out how we could suggest a specific thesis, without a LOT of input from you.
I'm just looking for ideas, it doesn't need to be specific to my role, just what kind of things I could look into that generally relate to service desk with a management or leadership spin
