I have a Jenn- Air side by side fridge/freezer. On the side of the unit, underneath the freezer there are two grooves, one of these is leaking water.
There is no ice/water build up on the inside of the freezer/fridge and was defrosted not long ago.

You need to unplug unit and remove the cover to the freezer coils and wash out the drain pan and unstop the drain hose, then remove the back and wash out the coils and the drain pan there. If you can use a hand truck and carry it outside and then wash it all out it is much better. Use plenty of bleach and liquid laundry soap and scrub it all down. While you are at it try to oil all of the fan motors with high speed oil available at any appliance or HVAC parts house. It will then run like new and use less energy, too.
