For about a week, I've had a cottage cheese like discharge coming from my vagina, it's a foul smelling discharge and whenever I move my legs, the smell lingers. It has also made my vagina extremely itchy and sore. What could it be?

It could be a yeast infection. Have you tried an over the counter remedy?
