I am selling my Florida home and have Homestead on it. There is a judgement from a credit card company against the house. Will the proceeds from the sale Have to satisfy the judgement?

Yes. The homestead exemption doesn't invalidate the lien. So yes, when the property is sold (or you and your spouse, if you are married, sell it), the lien will have to be paid, else the new owner will have title subject to the judgment lien (which they should not accept).
