    Uterine Cervical Stenosis
    Hi I am 31 years old have tried to conceive for many years since the birth of my daughter in 99, I did get pregnant in 2011 but it ended in an ectopic and had to have one of my tubes removed since then nothing. I went to a fertility specialist a few months ago because I felt I had exasperated every other option with all other doctors. She attempted to do a HSG procedure and could not feed the catheter through my cervix. Sending me back to my regular specialist who sent me to have an ultrasound done to check for Cervical Stenosis. To find out that I in fact have the stenosis and a lot of fluid build up in my uterus. She said everything else (my remaining tube, both overies and uterus) looks really good. My question is what are my options to fix the stenosis? How effective are they? What are my chances of concieving if its corrected?

    Your options are best discussed with your specialist. He/she knows your history, and can actually view the results of all the tests you've had done. I'm afraid that any answer you get on the internet would be a guess, and only a guess. Best to go to the specialist that can give you definite answers.
