Air condition fan not work

When I turn on my air condition, no air comes out. The fan doesn't not work. I can hear the inside unit try to run but will stop in one minute. I also checked outside unit and it works. Is this a big issue? And how to fix it? Thanks.

Probably not a big issue. Could be a bad blower motor or bad capacitor.

I wouldn't run it without the fan running, could damage the compressor.

It is probably OK to cool the house 1 X. However, each time you reach the set point and the condenser fan stops, it puts a tremendous load on the motor in trying to restart and can easily burn out the motor. Get the capacitor replaced. The part is $10-20, easy to install.
