Water comes out of sprayer but not spout. This is a long goose neck glacier bay kitchen faucet.

Unscrew the aerator from the spout and tun the water back on. If you get a flow clean the screens. If not let me know. Tom

The diverter plunger valve inside the faucet is probably jammed for some reason but it does happen sometimes. If you still have the directions for the faucet, sometimes they give a diagram of the faucet so you can find the diverter valve. When you locate the valve you grab a hold of it and pull it out of the faucet. More than likely it either has crud building up around the valve or the rubber washer came off the end and is jammed inside the faucet which you should be able to pull out with a pair of needle-nose pliers .

Try the aerator first. If that don't get it click on back and I'll give you directions on opening up the diverter. Good luck, Tom
