You go to court and get an eviction notice. Check with your local sheriff's office for the procedures where you live.
You serve her for eviction according to the law of your state. I assume her name isn't on the deed or the lease. If you tell us what state this is, we can tell you what your states requirement is.
If she's verbally abusive, call the police (record it as evidence if you can), if she gets physically abusive... most certainly call the police.. that might even help you get a restaining order against her that will keep her out during the eviction process.
Whether she is a relative or not has no bearing. She is an resident of the dwelling and needs to be evicted according to local laws. This generally means giving a written notice to vacate within 30 days. Followed up by applying in court for an eviction order if she fails to comply. The court will order a hearing at which it will issue the eviction order. If she still refuses to vacate, you hire a sheriff to physically remove her.
