    Water leaking from light fixtures
I entered my place of work to find water leaking down from the ceiling light fixtures should I just place buckets for the leaks, turn on the lights and let the public in the door, or is it dangerous, therefore keep public out, shut off breaker and get the leak fixed and water dry before opening??

Cut the breakers off immediately. Get the leak fixed and then let the fixtures dry out before resetting the breakers

Sorry, but how are we supposed to know? We cannot see this so it is impossible to tell how bad it is. Besides, why are you asking the internet? Find a super or maintenance man and have them work on it.
