I have a JD L 111 lawn tractor that had a flat rear tire. After removing and repairing the tire the tractor will not move. I hear a clicking sound when I try to move either frontwards or backwards.

There is a key that fastens the rear wheel to the axle that is not in place; fell ou upon wheel removal. It is 5/32" x 2" and is shown in picture.
