I really like someone new and he makes me happy but what I'm scared of is people judging me about dating so soon. What should I do? Am I rushing it? Or do I have the right?

1 month out of a relationship and a child to boot? Yes, you're rushing it. After a bad relationship anyone who treats you decent would make you happy.

You have a right to do whatever you want, even rebound from one failed bad relationship into a new one as quickly as you want.

Anything probably looks good right now to someone fresh from a bad relationship, but it's entirely up to YOU. Be careful, and get rid of old baggage before you buy a new bag. Don't be so desperate to feel better that you fall for anything that looks good. It's a common mistake to skip the healing process.
