If you have had sex you are not a virgin. If you have never had sex, you ARE a virgin. It's pretty simple really, you don't need a doctor for that.

Can't say it better than the others have... its really extremely simple... there is no gray area, you are, or you aren't. Just like you are never just a little bit pregnant.

Female virginity is defined as never having a penis inserted into the vagina, even a little bit. Male virginity is defined as never inserting a penis into a vagina, even a little bit.

So you do not need a doctor to tell you whether you are a virgin or not. In point of fact a doctor cannot tell for sure. A doctor can tell whether your hymen is broken, but a broken hymen is not proof of loss of virginity or vice versa. A doctor might be able to tell if there has been something inserted in the vagina, but can't tell what that something might have been.

What is the proof that I didn't lose virginity?

If you have never had sex you are still a virgin. Your word is the only proof.
