I applied for passport(normal) but missed out on the bonafide from college during the verification and was asked to come back with the bonafide and now I want the passport fast and I haven't submitted the bonafide, can I change the normal to tatkal when I go to submit the bonafide ? How can I get the passport as fast as possible ?
