OK so for the last 2 weeks I've had 5-6 bad bad migraines then today I woke up use the bathroom and realized I was bleeding and I knew it wasn't time for my period. Then I figured out it wasn't coming from the front(sorry I know it's gross). Now I'm having pretty bad pain in my upper abdomen.

If I had blood in my stool... I wouldn't be online asking people who can't run tests or diagnose you. I'd already be at the doctors office looking for the first available appointment, or the ER depending on how much there is (meaning more than a hint on the Toilet paper).

Actually thats not TMI....from the front on a woman would be less alarming than from the rectum on anyone.

Sure it MIGHT be nothing and just due to hemeroids or a fissure....but it could be due to something serious like colon cancer (I've known people that had it at 30) or some other reason. (Which is why I think you need to see a doctor)

I would agree, I can only answer for, what I would do.. Turing on a computer and posting it, would not be on my list. Seeing my doctor or getting exam would be.

A Urgent care doctor, personal doctor,, even ER, esp with all of the other pains
