I would like to renew my diesal fuel filter on my 2004 1.9tid saab,I don't know how to do it.thanks

. Open gas cap to depressurize the fuel system.

. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

. Remove the fuel filter canister, using a strap wrench.

. Remove and replace the filter element, along with the gasket.

. Replace the canister shell and snug things up.

. Start the engine and check for leaks.
