    Changing address in birth certificate
    Hai,

    I have a problem with registering my sons birth certificate ,my family name is vadekeyil but in all my certificates and documents there is only house name... manzil.now I want to add my family name to my sons birth certificate.How can I change the address in this case .I alredy spoke the musipality but they are telling wich ever address you have given in the hospital they will enter that one only .kindly advice

    I think I understand. You want to modify the information on your son's birth certificate. Address in this case means last name. Currently his birth certificate has the broader (more general) "house" name as his last name. You want it to include your more specific "family" name.
