If you've used a test recently, and are normally pretty regular with your cycles, it would be a good idea to see your doctor. They can do a blood test for pregnancy, and check for other possible reasons if you aren't pregnant.

Are you taking pregnancy test, first thing in the morning with the first urine of the day ?

A blood test at doctor will also determine for sure
