My period ended May 14 it is now July 10 and I have not had one since may my pregnancy tests were negative but Iam having period like cramps all the time what could be wrong with me Iam very worried it could be premature menopause

Depends on your, age, weight and general health... I know several women, that start mid 40's..

Also, when are you testing. Are you testing first thing in the morning, with first urine of the day?

Some women are often late, others late sometimes, even missing a period, not and then, is not uncommon.

If you don't have a period for July as expected, try another pregnancy test or see your doctor for a test there. If you aren't pregnant, your doctor will try to determine another cause.
