There was a video on TV on the other day and the electricity cut off before I saw the singer and song. Let me describe the video:

There were 4 or 5 school students in the classroom with a hot teacher. Students have been sitting around the classroom. One of the student pick up a radio and put it on the table,and turn it on. He started dancing while other students were laughing at him. Then camera shows the hot teacher came with big steps toward the student and forced him to sit, and then, she went back to her place. As the music goes on, he slams his hands on the table and teacher start touching herself as if she was horny... and that's all.

That sounds like Van Halen "Hot for Teacher". That was in the 80's, don't know if what you saw was newer.

It was kind of black and white but the music is like avicii, and I've watched recently
