Yeah... go to court and get sole custody established... and get strict limited and supervised visitation rights established as soon as she can. Likely not until after the child's birth. She can't arbitrarily set limits....but a court can.

First, you as a girls mother can not do anything, unless your daughter is a minor.

So your daughter will have to want to restrict this man. Does she ? Is she still seeing or dating him?

After the child is born, the mother ( not you) can file for sole custody and ask that the man, only have supervised visits.
