    Is it OK to swim in a chorinated pool the day of having one's hair dyed?

    I don't think that would be a good idea. But I do know that if you wet your hair and but conditioner in it before you get in the pool that it is better for you hair.

    Swimming in chlorinated pools can severely damage hair. If your hair is chemically treated, I recommend that you wear a swim cap and rinse your hair with fresh water immediately after swimming.

    :D hello, in answer to your cholrine question. I've been studying to be a hairdresser for 8 years, my sister is a professional hairdresser and no, it's not OK to swim in chlorine filled water after getting your hair dyed. You need to wait at least 2 weeks otherwise the chemicals in the pool with slowly turn your hair a horrible shade of green no matter the color of you dye. Sorry to disappoint you
