Hello, I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this but I'm on the verge of freaking out. My boyfriend and I were getting quite heated and he stuck his hand in my pants and touched down there. He did not go inside, he just rubbed it. Now, I don't know if there may have been pre , but is there a risk of pregnancy?

It's possible if he did indeed have any sperm present, if some happened to make their way inside and up to the fallopian tubes, and if you happened to be close to ovulation, but it is pretty unlikely given what you describe. Obviously now you will have to wait for your next period and see what happens. If this was very recent, you could use an emergency contraceptive as a precaution to ease your mind a bit more.

For future reference, best not allow things to get too heated in the first place so that you won't have to worry. You have control over how far things go, so discuss it ahead of time with your boyfriend so that both of you are clear on the subject.
