I am having sharp sporadic pain in lower right back and side. It has been going on for about 4-5 days. It is getting more severe and frequent. It almost buckles me over when I stand up. There is also some minor inflammation. Should I go see urgent care?

Back and side could be Kidney stone. Lower back and leg, sounds like sciatica. ER or Orthopedic Dr.
