Has she and you been checked medically for any issues.

There are many women, who are never regular, some late only a once in a while.

It may not be her. It could be your sperm, it could be an issue with her. At this point, if you've been tracking ovulation, and having sex when she's most fertile, and still no pregnancy, I'd talk to a doctor and find out what's going on.
