I'm a 48y/o male with diarreah 4 or 5 times a week, now green stools every morning , I have lost over 20 pounds in less than 2 months please I need advice

That is what Gastroenterologists are for. See one, don't ask for help on the Internet as you may get all kinds of weird answers and solicitations.

See your doctor... could be something relatively simple, and easily treated, could be something more serious.

Any travel outside the US or other developed country.. ( I can tell you horror stories on drinking water in China.) also travel to rural areas ? ( another horror story about a farm in Georgia)

But without a doctor visit, and without testing, there is no way to even guess
