I just found out that I have pre diabetes what can I do to prevent the real diabetes? What can and cannot eat? Or any other tips
Have you started losing weight? Weight loss is a big help in preventing pre-diabetes into going into diabetes type II. So get on an exercise and diet program. Watch your starch intake, and stay away from sugars. Drink lot's of water.
You need to stay away from sugars of all kinds. Stay away from starches.
Foods you should avoid would be white bread, white potatoes (sweet potatoes are okay), pasta, corn, just to name a few.
