    Bleeding radiators
I am unable to bleed the radiators in my home as the valves have been painted over numerous times. Will the application of paint stripper such as nitromors remedy this situation. What do plumber do when faced with this problem?
Thanks in advance for any helpful answers.

How many? So much faster and easier to just replace them, after draining the rads.

There are only 4 which I can't bleed, I can't get the radiator key to bite on the valve. Do you mean remove the whole valve fitting and replace? I'm no plumber and have visions of that going badly wrong if I try it. If you think the Nitromors will work, allbeit a slow job, I will give it a crack. Many thanks for your answer Joypuly.

Sure, try the paint stripper and a wire brush. You can't hurt anything.
