Food poisioning, or viral infection. Have you been to a doctor to get tested? Throwing up for three weeks seems to be a long time to not go to the doctor.

If your tubes were tied 21 years ago, I hardly think it can be anything else other then, as crave stated, food poisoning or viral infection.

Why you would be that uncomfortable for three weeks is beyond my understanding?

We can't give you a determination on the internet, so better visit your doctor. You must be quite dehydrated by now which will give you more problems.

Was the pink spotting blood with the vomiting or vaginal spotting? Have you missed a period? Depending on how the procedure was done, there is a chance for tubes to reconnect years later. Might be worth trying a pregnancy test if you think that could be a possibility.

Most often a viral infection would be relatively short lived, but certainly, as the others have said, get it checked out. There are some conditions/infections that can result in prolonged nausea and vomiting.
