I have lower back pain... I even feel heavy in my lower abdomen and after having food I feel like vomiting... from last two months I didn't have proper periods,, it was just like spotting which I had just fr two days... can I be pregnant... I had a home test which was negative... pls answer me...

When did you take a pregnancy test? If it wasn't recent, you may want to try another one, or even better would be to see your doctor for a test in office. If what you have been experiencing isn't due to pregnancy, they can then start to check for other possible reasons.
