My male pug is in heat and he keeps trying to hump his father male pug he's driving me crazy what can I do and he's driving the male pug crazy

Males don't go into heat. Females do. I'm guessing that he is trying to be the alpha dog. Dogs will do this, male or female, when they try to assert their dominance.
