OK my boyfriend and I are trying to conceive our first child. Past couple days and weeks I have been feeling nauseated, gassy, loss of appetite,also very emotional and sore breasts. I can barely eat a small meal without feeling bloated in my stomach. And I woke up today feeling bad cramps and ended up having some dark brown bleeding. Could it be implantation bleeding? I took a test three days ago and nothing came up. But a lot can happen in the body within 3 days. My last period was June 13th 2014.

It's possible, but there can be several reasons for midcycle spotting... such as changes in hormone level, ovulation, recent irritation of the cervix, etc. Wait and see what happens when you would expect your next period. Only way you will know for certain if you are pregnant would be to have a positive result on a pregnancy test (blood or urine test) or confirmation with an ultrasound... which wouldn't normally be done unless you had already had a positive result on a pregnancy test, or had missed a couple of periods.

If no period for July, try a test.

You may of course just be sick, which has caused changes in your body. If this was implantation spotting, then your pregnancy test would not pick it up so soon.

You can wait to see if you miss a period, and if late, try testing them.. if Neg wait a week and test again.. continue that for a few week. If still negative, check with your doctor.

It is of course very possible, but too early to know and tell yet.
