I saw a movie about a insomniac psychologist hosting a group therapy and despite of the members' bad delusional condition he still tried really hard to cure them so he wouldn't be transferred to somewhere his daughter is really scared of... But in the end the patients' delusions are all real and the psychologist and the patients had actually all been killed in a car accident...
