What religion is she, and her parents?
Does she want to marry you? Is she willing to never see her family again?

See, it depends on where you live. I'm in Canada. Once a child reaches 18 they can do what they want, marry if they want. As a parent I can tell my kids I don't approve, but that's all I can do. The rest is up to them.

So my question to you is this. What consequences are there if you marry this girl, assuming she wants to marry you, and is old enough to marry you, without her parents consent? Is parental consent a must have where you live? What happens if you don't get that consent? What are the consequences if you do what you want to do without an okay from her parents?
