PUBLIC PROSECUTOR VS ME MYSELF

The Judge told me to make a defensive letter to Court as in my statement, who is my Witness, Exhibits and so on. After I finish up my defensive letter, I have to file it up needly inside a file.

We need to know what country you are in; generally (as in the US, for example), you would be entitled to a trial, at which you would have the right to cross-examine the witnesses against you, and (if you want) testify in your defense.

Apparently you don't have an attorney to represent you. What sort of crime is it with which you are charged?
