From one non existant human to another
After expenditure of billions of dollars, the scientists at the Hadron Collider have decided that we, humans, or anything else for that matter, should not exist. They went in search of the God particle, the Higgs Boson particle, could it be in the process they actually found something so inexplicable that they have succeeded in proving God

At the risk of saying I told you so, I honestly ask what other explanation could there be

It’s okay. Nothing really matters. We don’t actually exist, anyway. Or so the Higgs Boson particle suggests | News.com.au

not just us humans ... the whole universe should've collapsed after the Big Bang. God as the creator looks better all the time. But the scientists are now looking for siblings of the Higgs Boson to further muddle their theories.

yes if at first you don't succeed, try, try, TRY again! I'm glad that God has a longer term view

Apparently we are all figments of our own imaginations.

Indeed, or figments of His. I have long thought this is just a dream and I'll wake up one morning, the sun will shine, the air will be clear, the fields green, but wait, that is tomorrow

yes and just think science says it shouldn't exist

This type of article is design to sell science magazines. All that is happening is a prediction based on the Higgs field, the inflationary period of the Big Bang and probably the recent discover of gravity waves.

There is nothing unusual happening here, paradoxes often arise in science from time to time. Paradoxes act as a sign post for future research.

Now Tutt calm yourself and have some fun, at last a theory arises that explains everything, Einstein was looking for a unified theory and here it is. It doesn't exist because it shouldn't exist, how suscient can you get. And just think, science has once again shown the way, making something simple complex

the universe should not be here would be one hell of a paradox.

Ain't it, the long search for extra terrestial intelligence has found that contrary to predictions, it shouldn't exist, there is a God in heaven afterall, but we are doomed if we have to rely on the quality of intelligence right here

How did you make that conclusion based on the previous statement?? One does not lead to the other.

Its not a conclusion based on anything but faith and belief. For some that's good enough.

Much like Global warming... there is no real and credible evidence outside of that based on false assumptions, manufactured "data" and outright lies... yet people believe its still happening.

Yes smoothy I agree, religion is very much like that.

You aren't a scientist but as a citizen when a double tornado, or a 100 year flood, or a forest fire or a SINK hole destroys your house, you have to deal with it. When a oil pipe burst beneath your neighborhood, or fouls the drink water,or a heat wave aggravates your breathing, you have to deal with it.

When old people and babies have high pollution days you have to deal with it. When a drought kills farmland and the cattle can't eat you have to deal with it. Obviously you don't live near a refinery, or steel mill, or never been through a disaster, man made or from nature.

If burning/processing fossil fuel can kill fish and animals and insects you must be a loon to think it won't adversely affect YOU too, dumb humans.

know what's dumb ? Thinking solar and windmills will be more than a fringe contributor to the energy needed to power a modern world.

    talaniman
Solar and wind are but the beginnings of new technology and for now do supplement fossil fuels in ever increasing capacities. Because it does not solve the energy problem completely doesn't mean it won't in the future.

If its growing why stop now?

you do realize that it is still dependent on mining the earth with all it's negative impacts ..don't you ?

"The universe should not be here would be one hell of a paradox"

Yes, it is a big one, isn't it. That's what happens when we start to reconcile the the universe on a classical and quantum level.
