My husband and I had sex 10 days ago. We have been Trying to conceive. Anyway, 3 days ago, I had some brown and light pink spotting. Lasting those 3 days. Then, today it was a little bit, now it's completely gone. Also, I've had lower back pains today.. Am I pregnant?

Nobody can possibly tell after only 10 days... you need to wait until your are at least two weeks late for your next period and take a home pregnancy test, first thing in the morning the first time you pee.

Anything else is highly unreliable and might give you false hopes.

But you now wait, no way to tell. Sometimes it can take over a year to conceive. Are you using medical testing to track ovulation so you know when to time sex for best results. ( not online charts)

But not, you wait, see if you have your next period. If you miss it, you wait till you are 2 week late, and then test, using first urine of the morning.

Lots of waiting for not

It's possible that the spotting was due to implantation, but, as was said, while pregnancy is possible, too early to tell just yet. Wait and see what happens with your next period. Give it some time, in case your period is just off, then either try a urine test or see your doctor for a blood test which would let you know a few days sooner.
