Does a/c use a pilot light
My a/c is not blowing cold air. No pilot light is on. However, when I switch to heat the pilot light comes on and it blows hot air.

At least heat is working. There is no pilot light on AC. Could be thermostat wires, contactor, compressor, low Freon, iced up coils etc. Sounds like you need an AC tech to look it over.
