I am looking for a song but I only remember the video.
A male singing and playing the piano in a particular landscape that reminds me of Ireland or Scotland because of the green fields around the singer.
In few scenes there are some guys joining a swimming competition in a very cold place.
I do not know the year of this song but I think that it is around 2005.
