Can I take my car out of impound before a 30 hold if I show proof of insurance and registration and to whom do I show this proof too to have my car released?

I doubt anyone here can answer that...you will need to ask someone at the impound yard or someone responsible for the impound.

You will also need to pay the impound fees as well as any towing charges... nobody I have ever heard of ever does that for free. You would owe something even 5 minutes after it was put there. Adn the amount goes up every day.

Depending on where the car is... you might need court douments autherizing the release as well.
