So I'm 7 weeks 5 days pregnant and have been bleeding (when I wipe) for the last 2 weeks last Sunday something happened and I just felt weird I woke up the next morning and didn't have any pregnant symptoms anymore it is making me worried now it feels like my period is coming I have pressure down the and very mild cramps through out the day, I'm really scared I'm going to have a miscarriage due to the fact I have already have had two, I talked to my dr last week and he said it was normal to bleed in the beginning but something just feels off please help
