Check the radiator--passages may be partially blocked with phosphate scale (minerals), due to using tap water. An IR Thermometer will help you identify blockages. Based on the results, you may need to install a new radiator and refill with a 50/50 mixture of G-05 and distilled water. Otherwise, you can try to flush the radiator and heater core first.
